Make peace with all foods, remember there is no “bad” food. Everything in moderation and proper portion is the best practice towards having a healthy and positive relationship with food.

Stay well hydrated as many times we mistake hunger feelings for feelings of dehydration.

When you feel like eating, ask yourself: am I really hungry or am I bored, sad or lonely, etc? This allows us to understand real hunger from emotional eating.
