Fettle – “a state of fitness and good health… “

 Our aim, is to use our recipes to highlight what benefits different foods have to our growing bodies, the importance of eating a balanced and varied diet and to educate on the relationship between food and the various diseases and conditions people experience throughout their lifecycle.  Our hope is to get more people back into the kitchen, cooking instead of leaving most of the cooking to the house helps and nannies, or mostly eating out in restaurants. We aim to get more young people in the kitchen at an early age with our easy to follow step by step recipes that you can make in under 90 minutes. We aim to show people that vegetables is an exciting food group and so much amazing foods can be made with them, by pairing them with different foods, experimenting with flavour and spices and pushing the boundaries of  food as we know it.

We source all our produce and meats from certified organic farms in Kenya, this way we guarantee that the ingredients we are providing, including the juice we are blending is made only from the cleanest source, that is not harmful to our environments and the animals are treated with care and respect.
